Our Team
Our core Group of subcontractors also contribute to the ongoing success of the business, with their complete understanding of WCCD’s prerequisites; Insurance, OH&S, Quality of Workmanship and Service.
Meticulous planning is mandatory prior to the commencement of any project by WCCD. All of our team members whether they are in-house or subcontractors, are fully trained in accordance with the requirements received from the Construction Industry. Each WCCD employee and subcontractor hold a White Card, E.W.P Ticket, First Aid Certificate, Demolition & Asbestos Cement removal Training Certificate. PLUS, all staff members are fully inducted into our Safety Management System along with Police Clearance and working with children clearance.
Certificates and Licenses
WCCD hold a current WA Builders Registration (12953) and Class 3 Demolition License, this in conjunction with the necessary Insurance Policies, allows WCCD to undertake projects throughout Western Australia.
Along with WCCD being assessed and Code compliant with all versions of the Guidelines of the Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act),

The main focus of West Coast Construction & Demolition is commercial construction and Government Contracts and both partners place a very high emphasis on customer service, safety and quality.
WCCD have the experience to complete any project from design to final completion.
We are not limited in the range of services available to prospective clients and are more than capable of undertaking new construction, refurbishments, upgrades, extensions, drafting, & CAD services, asbestos removal, demolition, budgets, estimating, building supervision, project management and full documentation for any project. Both partners have also had extensive experience in dealing with North West projects and heritage issues, our client base consists of Department of Defence, Main Roads, FESA, WA State Government, Bethanie Group, Coles and various other companies throughout Western Australia .
